Management Review Mechanism

The MRM commences with fixing objectives of the assignment and outlining strategic direction and is carried out in consultation with the management. The organizational goals for the renewed effort are defined and the measures of progress toward the goals are formulated.

To begin with the KPIs of every single process are mapped and targets are set for each KPI in view of the current and future business challenges and set objectives. We install process tracking and monitoring systems to capture the sequences that integrate into a process.

In a scheduled fashion the KPI data collection is carried out using Balanced Score Card and concise MIS and KPI reports are prepared after duly analyzing them. This process is reviewed by experts with an in-depth study on data collected. Subsequently periodic review of all the KPIs with the steering committee and Process Owners are floated.

MRM gives the foundation for bringing in complete transparency into business processes and formation of an action group. It highlights productive, deficient and obsolete areas and the level of consumption of resources with regard to their effectiveness in the accomplishment of set goals.
