With over 2700 people representing 20 different nationalities, Client's functions with 25 state of the art facilities in thirteen countries, selling 4.5 billion tubes and continuing to grow every year.
  • Essel decided to implement SAP ERP System in global model covering six countries.
  • They required our ERP consulting services for implementation of SAP and go live in the same.

  • Our ERP Consulting Services were provided for SAP Implementation across various countries.
  • We deployed FICO Consultant on full time basis to take part in implementation.
  • Project Management and Project Risk management were taken up during SAP Implementation for planned and smooth go live.
  • Conducted Change Management workshops for the end users on what is possible and not possible in an ERP Environment.
  • Designed various Internal Controls to be built in to SAP ECC System during implementation itself.
